if you have any cool penguin items then put them on and then show them in your comments or send them to this E-mail address then i will judge and the best 10 penguins will go to the final 10 then i will pick another 5 then in them 5 i will pick the best 3 then i will pick the overall winner and they will be the penguin account of the year but here are some examples of what they could look like so get creating.
